The ceremony will feature speakers from community members, organization partners, proclamations from government leaders, as well as two feature speakers to talk about child abuse and how we can create a community that cares. The ceremony will conclude with everyone tying blue ribbons to the front of Tom Gill Chevrolet's fence to represent the children impacted by abuse.
