Many adults serving children and families have limited training budgets. Scholarships will remove financial barriers, expand access to evidence-informed education, strengthen multidisciplinary collaboration, and improve prevention efforts across Kentucky.

For 38 years, Jill served as the Executive Director of Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky, dedicating her career to advancing the mission of child abuse prevention and strengthening the systems, programs, and policies that support children and families. Through her leadership, prevention became a recognized priority across Kentucky and an essential part of conversations happening in communities, organizations, and at the policy level.
Jill’s influence extends far beyond Kentucky. Her leadership, expertise, and unwavering commitment have earned her national recognition and made her a respected voice throughout the child welfare and prevention communities.
Her impact can be seen in the programs she championed, the partnerships she built, the professionals she inspired, and the countless children and families whose lives have been touched by her work.
