Home of the Innocents Celebrated as Key Partner in Child Abuse Prevention, Funded by Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky
Honored by Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky for its powerful role in delivering life-changing parent education programs during June’s Partner Appreciation Month.
[Louisville, KY] — As part of Partner Appreciation Month, observed in June, Home of the Innocents was proudly recognized as a vital partner in child abuse prevention across Kentucky. With continued support and funding from Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky (PCAK), Home of the Innocents delivers trusted parent education programs to families across Jefferson, Bullitt, Montgomery, LaRue, and Daviess counties.
For more than 30 years, PCAK has led a network of Parent Education Providers committed to strengthening families through education. This longstanding commitment reflects the belief that safe and healthy parenting is central to launching children into successful adult lives—and is the very foundation of preventing child maltreatment.
“Home of the Innocents is grateful for the continued support of Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky. More specifically, PCAK is a major funder of our Parent Education Program which allows parents from all walks of life to learn effective ways of managing their relationships with their children.”
— Paul Robinson, President and CEO
